Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms of Service for The Plaza Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. International shipping may be available to select regions; additional fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimates

Standard U.S. delivery: 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited U.S. delivery: 2–3 business days after processing. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Please note: delivery estimates are provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. Hazardous items, oversized products, or perishable goods may have shipping limitations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at plazashops@fairmont.com so we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
