Eloise is already an inveterate traveler at 6. As you know, aside from living at The Plaza, she has gone to Paris and Moscow. This dress, designed by Rachel Riley, is hot pink, belted, and fully lined. The garment depicts Eloise comfortably sprawled on the floor studying maps (a bird’s eye view of Paris) alongside a pigeon, Skipperdee, a snack, and some paper cut outs.
